Golden China’s executive chef, Ken Tam, a man who has been mastering Chinese cuisine for over twenty years, delicately designs his dishes around the three famous Chinese criteria of food preparation to ensure that our diner’s expectations are exceeded.  

 

Golden China’s manager Ken Tam and his team believe that a fine restaurant embraces the three integral elements of the universe: Tian(business success is only achieved with the mandate of the heavens), Di(only the earth’s freshest ingredients are used to prepare each culinary masterpiece), and Ren (the staff and guests work together to create a harmonious dining environment).
